Obviously to get better value for money, you can go slower and spend less time in the air!

Mascotte Sailing

I have recently taken over managing Mascotte, which is an original Bristol Channel Pilot Cutter built in 1904

The trip up from Gloucester Docks to Fort William was excellent and we are offering charters based from Arisaig

Tour du Mont Blanc

Just back from a couple of weeks in the Alps.
The first week I guided a group of walkers round the famous Tour do Mont Blanc.
The second week I took my mountain bike on the Tour do Mont Blanc with a bunch of pals.

Now the bike option has to be better with about 8500m of ascent and descent. The uphill did seem quite hard work with a fairly large amount of carrying, but the downhill was amazing!

Here are some pics:

Am happy to guide this route next summer, so if you have a bunch of pals who fancy doing this epic ride please see my website for contact details: www.wild-adventure.co.uk

Sailing on Muck

As part of the new Arisaig Sailing Clubs training program, I took 6 Toppers out to Muck for 4 days at the end of September. The weather was surprisingly good with light winds each day and sunshine. All of the older kids spent many hours learning the ropes and some adults joined intoo. Great fun was had by all.

Tour du Mont Blanc

In early September I led a trip round the Tour du Mont Blanc. Having done this walk 4 times now, it still rates as one of the best walks in the Alps.

Of course, staying in hotels every night and having somebody transport your baggage round the valley helps....
